We have been working on a fascinating system for cutting edge Computer– Aided Detection and Medical Diagnosis used by doctors world-wide. This position is for a perfectionist, with yet a pragmatic outlook and capable of delivering on time, who wants to make a direct impact on the end product.
We are looking for someone inquisitive, technically knowledgeable, and proactive with automating of the boring tasks. You have to be excited about working with the development team and interacting with the customers, and aspired to deliver the best possible, bug-free product to our international highly demanding users.
You will join our dynamic fast growing team of developers, architects, and business analysts, report directly to CTO, and play an instrumental role in the product delivery.
We welcome candidates who are knowledgeable and passionate about the healthcare market and wanting to do something worthwhile, which would enhance the way patients with serious conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and cancer are diagnosed today.
This role is about achieving results and making a real difference, not box ticking and 9-5. You should be comfortable working in SME, to a deadline, high stress level and long hours.

Requirements:
- Passion for software design and obsession with customer satisfaction
- Detail oriented and customer requirement focused attitude.
- Enthusiastic about customer interactions to understand the product usability requirements and to communicate these to the development team
- Technically capable to write and execute test plans against the requirements
- Be proactive in suggesting how to automate the test plans and to optimise the testing process
- Able to make meaningful suggestions about the software interface and workflow
- Maintaining the bug trucking system
- Maintaining the user manual
- Good to have: understanding of JAVA, XML, SQL
- Good to have: understanding of ISO13485 or ISO9001, CE, FDA and other standards
- Good to have: Hands-on experience in medical software architecture, software development and / or MSc or PhD in computer science, medical physics, mathematics. Personal interest in medical imaging such at MRI, cancer imaging, rheumatology or radiology.

Role: Personal Assistant to CEO / Office Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to a dynamic CEO of a world-class fast growing company, specialising in delivering cutting edge innovative software solutions in medical market space. You will work within exceptionally professional and enthusiastic team and have exposure to client relationship and business development. The company works with many globally recognised clients and the career development potential is phenomenal. This is a demanding but very rewarding job.
We are looking for a perfectionist with a great attention to detail. You have to be computer literate and have hands on experience for proof reading of documents and writing emails, experience of making travel arrangements and setting up meeting. We would see someone sociable, friendly, and proactive to be a great fit for our team.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO and chairman to manage the office infrastructure, meet clients, arrange meetings and manage the CEO’s diary
- Maintaining HR files – absence requests, setting up appraisal schedules, dealing with employees visa. Update all staff files and collect any missing data. Maintain staff handbook. Go through all H&S requirement and ensure the company complies. Insurance, payroll and pensions. Assist with recruitment
- Maintain database of publications, media mentions, press releases
- Update website with news and press releases
- Setting up and confirming meetings for CEO, CTO and chairman
- Travel arrangements for oversees trips
- Proof reading of emails, marketing materials and newsletters
- Office management and internal project management
- Be proactive with what is needed to be purchased for the office.
- Preparation for sales, development, board and other meetings.
- Managing suppliers, e.g. translations of manuals, website development. Finding best prices and managing a project
- Invoicing and receipts – check that all invoices and receipts has gone to the book keepers, all sponsored trips are paid for, all employers are using correct forms to claim expenses. Handle CEO expenses. Chasing invoices
- Maintaining relationships with key clients.

Job Summary: To expand our R&D team, Image Analysis is seeking a Scientific Software Engineer with exceptional Matlab, C++ or Java skills and experience in doing research in medical imaging. It is essential that you have in depth knowledge of medical imaging, image processing tools, latest algorithms, mathematics, or engineering. Good to have: MSc or PhD in computer science, medical physics, mathematics. Personal interest in medical imaging such at MRI, cancer imaging, rheumatology or radiology. Passion for algorithms and desire help us to change the way patients are diagnosed today.
We are looking for someone who would like to contribute to the fast growing field of medical imaging and willing to undertake research, analysis and development of medical imaging software. You will be reporting to CEO and CTO, but have the space and time to develop your own ideas as well as to work on fascinating in-house projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To work with key researchers in the field of medical imaging (musculoskeletal, cardio, brain, and oncology) and to understand their requirements and scientific challenges
- Demonstrate passion for algorithm development
- Using Matlab, C, Java, prototype systems and conduct through testing and debugging
- Working with technical development team to integrate the latest scientific thinking into the company proprietary platform Dynamika, and to deliver solutions to our global client base.
- Work closely with the clinical users of the system and when required present the system at scientific conferences and customer meetings
- To participate and provide progress reports on regular basis to assist in planning and monitoring of development.
- To assist in other administrative tasks associated with software engineering, monitoring and control.
- To carry out such duties as may be required within Image Analysis Ltd and associated business or other instructions from the senior members of Image Analysis Ltd.
