Quantitative Image Analysis with DYNAMIKA Open Access
DYNAMIKA, IMAGE ANALYSIS’ proprietary software platform, certified for clinical research and medical use (CE, ISO13485) supports centralized image storage, secure access from multiple devices and remote data viewing and inter-stakeholder collaboration functionality. DYNAMIKA ia a pure in-browser cloud based software platform for advanced analysis of medical images. Dynamika will now have two modes of operations – Dynamika Open Access and Dynamika Enterprise.
DYNAMIKA Open Access is the first free-for-research cloud based application, designed to quantify medical imaging data with the fully automated and semi-automated algorithms, it deploys patient motion correction, multi-parametric analysis and state-of-the-art structured reporting for many standard scoring systems like PI-RADS (prostate cancer) and RAMRIS (rheumatoid arthritis).
DYNAMIKA Enterprise is a comprehensive cloud-based Clinical Trial Image Management System with an integrated multi-stakeholder data management, data upload and data read optimized workflows and a full suite of advanced image analysis functionality for semi and fully automated processing of the static and dynamic MRI sequences, perfusion CT, Xray and other imaging modalities.
IMAGE ANALYSIS team is passionate about supporting medical imaging expert community and are giving free DYNAMIKA Open Access licences to process up to 20 studies or to conduct a small research investigation. The licences of Dynamika Open Access are free for research and unfunded projects. We further provide free training and educational webinars run by the research experts from around the world and give you the opportunity to ask how MRI can be used to assess treatment effectiveness in inflammatory and auto-immune conditions.

- We have been using Dynamika software to analyse DCE data as part of a research project using multiparametric MRI for targeted radiotherapy treatment planning. I am a clinical-research fellow with high experience in prostate MRI analysis and reporting. I have been using Dynamika mostly to help the analysis support team to develop a PI-RADS structured reporting user interface.
The software is extremely useful and has the potential to be used in daily clinical practice. One of the most important skills of Dynamika is the capability of providing high quality tools to report prostate mpMRIs together with the possibility of assessing quantitative analysis at the same time.
Therefore, Dynamika opens a new window in the use of automated and semi-automated algorithms both for clinical and research purposes.
